what if the name links for staff members were colored, here are my ideas:
moderators: cyan/white/blue name with cyan/white/blue snake's head next to name
admins: multicolored with windows snake's head next to name
beurcrats: rainbow with rainbow snake's head next to name
wiki bots: violet/orange with block snake's head next to name
highlighted for staff

Im not a CSS or JS coder. TG10, I think you should promote 2Actimv to admin. He knows quite a bit of CSS and JS, and might be able to do it.
I've done the coloring indeed on several wikis in the past. Haven't added any image next to it so far, may be able to do that though after some trying :D

"Peribot" (Mine)
and
"Mettaton"
Before adding bots and requesting bot flags; you first need to think why you would need one. Also, several users may already have bots.
well, we don't need them now, so we'll make them when it gets to the point that we need them
Perhaps for bots we create a bot that will undo edits by vandals automatically (For example, if a category is added that says a swear word, the bot will rollback the edit and block the vandal). And the name could be VandalBot.
I suggest the following colors
Bcrat/Founder- Goldenrod (to make it like gold)
Admin- Grey (to make it like silver)
Mod/Rollback- Sienna (to make it like bronze)
