How Staff Will Be Picked
Administrators
Administrators will be nominated by other admins and the nomination will be sent to the bureaucrat(s). If the bureaucrat(s) accept the nomination, the applying user will be granted administration rights.
Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are special, as three fourths of the entire staff team must agree on the bureaucrat's promotion. If the former administrator is accepted by three fourths of the staff team, they will be granted bureaucrat rights and kept in check.
Content Moderators
Content moderators must be nominated by other Chat/Discussions moderators. If two administrators approve of the nomination, the chat/discussions moderator will become a content moderator after a bureaucrat is contacted.
Chat/Discussions Moderators
Chat moderators are nominated by any user and will be either accepted or rejected by the administrators. If at least one administrator approves, the user will become a chat moderator after a bureaucrat is contacted.
How an applicant can be rejected
- Not meeting criteria
- Not having enough administrator votes
- Being currently banned
- Self-nominating yourself
